I think it was way below average for what I paid.

Disliked:It very, very, very expensive, but maybe it was a seller's market. $428 was very excessive. Bed was too soft for me. I really needed a place to stay and I got tired of searching and being told no vacancy, so I settled for this place.

Liked:Nice location; if you are looking for an inexpensive room in a safe area, its good. No frills, small room and shower..but clean. They also have laundry facilities, vending machines and several restaurants and fast food within walking distance.
