Liked:Bad service, paid in advance $180 +$30 to have late checkout upon arrival was charged $50 for "incidental coverage" by the front desk lady. during checkout next day guy said he didnt know what I was talking about my trip was fully covered initially. no refund was given not worth it for $210 a night. tf
