Beautiful Resort TERRIBLE SERVICE

Liked:The property is beautiful. The ocean reef is amazing. However, the service is absolutely terrible. The staff seems annoyed that you are there. The service is so slow and everyone is so rude! Spend the extra money and go to the Ritz.

Liked:The Windsong was right on the ocean, right off the reef. The staff had chairs and umbrellas set-up on the beach by 0700. They wiped off all the chairs and tables. Came around with cold washcloths in the afternoon. Showers right off the beach entrance. Breakfast was great and free when under $18. The staff was super friendly. Pelago was excellent and rooftop setting. Super nice. Very clean property including the public bathrooms. Excellent help with tours and taxis. Would definitely stay here again, Rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Disliked:I would have liked to have more frequent beverage service on the beach and around the pool. The drinks were good and the food was also good. It just was not as consistent as I would have liked.

SERENE AND TAKEN CARE OF

Liked:The access to Grace Beach is the first thing that impressed me, also being able to witness from the majority of restaurants on sight really made a difference. Those blues are really from a movie. The attention from the staff and service was the other thing that could not have been better. Ever since the moment you arrive the concierge service takes care of your bags, the welcome drink, the cold towel, and always with a smile even help you book the excursions. These were Travis, Gary, and Raheam. Of course before you book excursions you go through the front desk to check in, and Daishca & Elly made this experience unique until the very last moment that I was checking out. Even left a nice little something in the fridge for my bday as a surprise! Last but not least, the other star of the show was Sindy, whenever we were gonna have a bite to eat she took care of us to the point I kept forgetting she worked there and confusing her with a guest that became my friend over the stay. Would come back in a heartbeat, hopefully the construction next to the building speed up so that the view completely evens out and no dust or noise gets to the rooms. If you request to be in the main building (reception, spa, concierge - this tower) you will not have any issue. Appreciate everyone and had a blast!
