Great place to experience Provo out of the more crowded areas on Grace Bay.

Liked:On the beach and fantastic ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable 2-bed/2-bath unit.

Disliked:The grounds could use a bit of sprucing up. But not bad overall.

Easy access to beach, easy walkable access to nice restaurants.

Liked:So so close to beach. Kind staff. Clean rooms. Loved every other day housekeeping. Full kitchen.

Disliked:Didn’t answer an email about whether they had salt n pepper. ( brought my own, there was plenty) Way too many kitchen dishes/accessories. Lots of duplicates; would have lived to tidy it up ( I work at a thrift shop and toss a lot of unusable stuff) but didn’t want to do that at someone else’s property. The staff is so kind.

This property has 3 stories, which are accessible by stairs only. Some suites have stairs within the unit. For guests preferring not to climb stairs,there are ground floor units available. As a result, some units will be affected by noise once construction begins. Also, once construction begins, those same affected units while still offering ocean front views will no longer be panoramic. Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
