Confortable and restful. Would not go there as a destiny for enjoyment. I went to a wedding.

Liked:Nice view and local. Spa good. The pools and jacuzzis not so nice. Not good veews and poor privacy. Old furniture. The restautant ok. Old furniture.

One of the most pleasant experiences (of many) in México!

Liked:LOVED this place. Staff was stellar ... in every way. Breakfasts were spectacular! Beautiful views from my room, the restaurant terrace, and basically the entire place. My room was spacious, with excellent bathroom and spectacular views. Just far enough outside of Tepoztlan to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough for easy visit. Excellent spa w massages. Generally spectacular.

Disliked:I don't think anything there needs improvement!

Special and magical

Liked:It is a very special place for those who are looking for a real healing and disconnection time in a less pretentious facility. The facilitators (shamans) and spa personnel are top notch. Highly recommend the temazcal- one of the bests I have ever had! Watching the sunrise is also magical.

Disliked:The staff could be more welcoming and helpful and the food service can also be improved in terms of quality and presentation.
