Good Location and Breakfast, but Poor Maintenance, Cleanliness Issues, and Not Worth the Price

Liked:The location was very convenient, and the breakfast was genuinely good. We enjoyed the food, which was one of the few positive aspects of our stay.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly below our expectations, considering the price we paid. In our opinion, the property does not meet the standards typically associated with a four-star hotel. We had several issues during our stay. The bedsheets were not clean, and unfortunately, the replacement sheets were in even worse condition. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell throughout the property, the room appeared poorly maintained, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we experienced multiple power outages and repeated interruptions to the water supply, which made our stay even less comfortable. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the facilities and the level of service relative to the price. We had expected a much better experience and, unfortunately, did not feel that we received good value for our money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

Bonita vista, muy buena ubucación, requiere una renovación.

Liked:El roof top tiene una hermosa vista!

Disliked:El restaurants solo funciona para desayuno y en la noche sería una gran opción por la vista. Las almohadas son muy incómodas, las habitaciones requieren una renovación.

Liked:Basically it was OK but in the first thing when they did the check and the room that I supposed to get it, I didn’t get it because the room they have a problem with the TV and the Internet and a bad thing that I didn’t have any TV in that room my original reservation so they switched me to another Room with the TV working, but it was a two individual vets so basically basically I wasn’t not so happy with that

Disliked:The only thing I’ve even like that is because problems with the TV and also some kind of like I don’t know something was somewhere or whatever but it was not very quiet one of my time
