The convenient location was not enough to make up for the unfriendly service and poor housekeeping.

Liked:The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. However, there is currently major construction work taking place in the center, which makes walking around the area much less enjoyable. Of course, this is beyond the hotel’s control.

Disliked:The main issue for us was the attitude of the staff. They were unfriendly and made little effort to help, even with very simple requests. For example, when we asked for a pen or pencil, they could not provide either. When we asked if there was somewhere we could sit at a table for just 30 minutes, we were told to look for a coworking space somewhere in the city. Overall, every request seemed to be treated as though we were asking for something completely unreasonable. The housekeeping was also disappointing. Empty water bottles next to the bed were left there for three or four days and were only removed after a large number of them had accumulated. Dirty dishes were not washed or returned to their proper place. The most unpleasant part was the condition of the bed. Whenever the fitted sheet shifted slightly, a large amount of other people’s hair was visible on the mattress. This was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about the standard of cleanliness. The room was equipped with only the bare minimum. Even basic toiletries, such as a toothbrush, were available only upon request. That might be acceptable in itself, but from a well-known and fairly expensive hotel chain, we expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and attention to guests.

Liked:Staff is very hospitable and supporting We stayed at the hotel on 2 different occasions over 3 months and the staff was amazing twice. نزلنا بالفندق مرتين خلال 3 أشهر وكان الطاقم في قمة التعاون والترحيب.

Disliked:The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. الفندق نظيف جدا وكذلك مستوى الغرف مقارنة بالسعر.

Liked:Clean room and nice staff.

Disliked:The windows are up high so you can't look out. That was weird. This is not near old town or the river. If you are okay with that, then try out the hotel. For me, it was too far of a hike and the road and street construction is terrible in that area. It was really hard to walk through so bring sneakers.
