Liked:Usually when I give an opinion I like it to be honest and real, and most importantly I want to give an opinion myself. Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. From beginning to end we felt attentive treatment by the staff. Almost all the employees were friendly, and always ready to help and answer any questions. I especially want to highlight the pleasant and tasteful aroma spread throughout the hotel, which filled the entire atmosphere and created a unique warm and elegant feeling. The room was clean, comfortable and very well furnished, being quite capricious, I must say that I really liked the room we were given. About the hotel in general, I would like to say that every detail was thought out so that the guest feels at home, but at the same time enjoys a full rest. The service was really top-notch; everything was done quickly. Overall, this is one of those places where I would gladly return again and will definitely recommend it to others.

Liked:Great hotel, in central location, walking distance from every central attraction. The rooms are well kept and maintained, the cleaning is very sufficient . Spa facilities are ok. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, despite the fact that the dishes remains the same every day.

Disliked:The pool (water) might be cleaner The lighting in the room should be improved, too dark after sunset, and the existing lights are not sufficient. Reception stuff, almost no smile, didn't feel welcoming at all, which is total shame
