It could have been much better if the management had addressed the air conditioning problem with a higher sense of urgen

Liked:Location was great. Kitchen and cleaning staff were great. Reception staff (except one) were pretty average. The hotel management is hopeless.

Disliked:The fact that the air conditioning broke down within an hr of our arrival and it took them two days to fix it. The carpet in the room looked like hadn’t been properly cleaned for years.
