Animal Policy: Service animals are welcome with advance registration with property management at 305-440-2773. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. All guests must check in before 11:00 PM, as no staff is available overnight. If you expect to arrive later, please contact the hotel in advance. Check-In Location: Ocean Pointe Suites Welcome Center, 92330 Overseas Hwy, Suite 107, Tavernier, FL 33070. Front Desk Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM Requirements: A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and/or additional fees. A $60/night security deposit will be authorized on your credit card at check-in and released at check-out. Cash deposits are not accepted. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
