Beware of the Playa Largo

Liked:Ambassador Elite member here. Stayed at over 100 properties with Marriot across the planet. Buyer beware here. Please read before choosing to stay here. Ok here is the positive points: -solid location -nice swimming area -convenient to everything around Playa Largo Negative points -called to confirm our three rooms and correct rooms where adjoining- didn’t happen -first room ac broken, couldn’t fix had to move us -2nd room ac broken, 3 trips from engineering. And after the final trip water starts pouring from the ceiling. (See picture) -3rd room ac doesn’t hold temp. Can’t make this stuff up, pretty wild -staff flippant about issues, simply doesn’t care. -this all occurs within the first 24 hours -buffet 4/10. This isn’t a St. Regis, but this also isn’t a courtyard brand 🫤. -mosquitos are everywhere, if you choose to bring repellant you will need it at the beach, pool and open air restaurant Many better properties in the Keys, I’d look elsewhere. Good luck out there!

Great Resort and Spa

Liked:An amazing time with family in a very comfortable room. The resort is wonderfully locatedin Key Largo. Our valet, Javier, was amazing! His friendly smile, tone and communication skills made you realize that relaxing would be easy here. The desk staff reassured you you could relax with excellent suggestions and knowledgeable communication. Our massages were,Oh so good😌, Laura and Conor . We will return for sure!
