Bad management

Liked:So I am walking through the casino. There are pathways in between the machines. This cocktail waitress runs into me. Spills drinks all over me. Im soaking wet and smell like alchol. So I went to the players club to see how they could help. They offered me a shirt. I don't need your shirt, I need to talk to a beverage manager. So in like five minutes comes a man who invaded my private space. He told me he was an ERT. An ERT is an "emergency response team ". What? This is one step below a police officer . It was purely an intimidating experience. The beverage manager came up behind me. Yet,nothing was solved. What happened to the guest being right? Not at the Hard rock!! Nothing but intimidation. Horrible experience!
