Very pleasant stay with lovely helpful staff and comfortable clean and well equipped rooms.

Liked:Pool, breakfast, lovely clean modern rooms and amazing staff, especially Sheea on reception who was so helpful when we left our bags before we could check in and help us later too with good advice.

Disliked:Nothing, and even though there were renovations going on, it didn’t affect our stay.

They were doing renovations, so I have hope that a future stay might be better.

Liked:The breakfast was good and the pool was a nice bonus since it was very hot out and we enjoyed the time there. The kitchen area in our suite was well stocked (not that we cooked, but it seemed we could have) and the bed was very comfortable.

Disliked:Our toilet was full of excrement when we got there, and the shower had a drip which had worn down the floor of the tub and left reddish marks. It looked pretty gross. I also struggled to control the temperature of the shower, it was scalding most of the time. The carpeting throughout the suite was not great, had some pulls and stains.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Liked:DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! THEY ARE REMODELING THIS PLACE AND THEY HAVE THE WATER SHUT OFF FROM from various time frames during the week and weekend!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! THEY KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING BUT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU UNTIL AFTER YOU ARRIVE!!! WORST HOTEL AND STAFF EVER!!!!! ONLY THING IS THE AREA IS DECENT BUT OTHER THEN THAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is a dump!! This place has neglected to let customers know that they are remodeling and never offered any incentives for the inconvenience!! No parking, which is across the street, unacceptable !! Water always bring shut off, after being told it was not going to happen. IF WE CAN GIVE ZERO STARS, we would!! The tv remotes are slow. Our door to our room has a huge gap at the bottom of the door, the shower leaks, this place is a dump!!!! Carpet stained, etc…. There are better affordable hotels to stay at!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
