Liked:I've stayed here before. The staff are very friendly despite them being extremely busy with Saturday's check in. I had salad from the restaurant which was delicious. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STAY IF YOU ARE IN TOWN FOR ANYTHING AT THE STADIUM. JUST OVERALL CONVENIENT

Liked:LOCATION WAS GREAT! 5 MINS TO AIRPORT, 8 MINS TO THE RAYJAY STADIUM, FREE SHUTTLE TO THE MALLS 5 mins away. A couple BREAKFAST spots in short walking distance. Convenient Laundry on 2nd floor. Next to Gas Station for cheap snacks and water.

Disliked:ON SITE BREAKFAST NOT APPEALING AT ALL. Did not have breakfast once inside. The INDIAN DINNER WAS GREAT THOUGH!

Fine for a couple of nights if you’re on your own.

Liked:Close to the airport. Rooms were very clean (I had two rooms over my stay). Housekeeping were keen to be of assistance even with a language barrier as the two I met only speak Spanish. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are well equipped for the stay, plenty of towels, tea and coffee etc. There was a large desk in the bedroom for me to work at.

Disliked:I had to move room on day 2 of 4 nights because the AC sounded like a truck and couldn’t be fixed. Unfortunately the staff offered no assistance at all moving rooms other than giving me a new key. The maintenance and house keeping staff which were sent to my room speak no English at all. I assume reception who sent them would know this and be prepared to translate. The gym cross trainer was quite dirty. Strange as the rest of the hotel seemed pristine. The TV in the room lets you plug in a HDMI but if you plug in an Apple TV for some reason the sound is on 100% and cannot be reduced. The staff were aware of the issue but just said it doesn’t work. I got around this by using my AirPods.
