I don't think I would choose to stay here again

Liked:Room was clean.

Disliked:I could hear the people above us flush their toilet. They were extremely loud. The ice machine didn't work on our floor. The bathroom was small and outdated TV kept losing signal

Disliked:I was charged for internet access even though I was told it was free. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years, so this was especially disappointing. In addition, when I needed transportation from the hotel to the cruise port, the reception staff suggested a taxi service and the valet called the driver for me. We ( 2 persons) shared with 2 more people I was charged $30 for a very short trip to the port. The taxi driver even mentioned that they have an arrangement with the hotel/valet staff. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
