Great choice!

Liked:We spent one night at this hotel while traveling north. Good experience overall, clean and quiet hotel, smooth check-in, comfortable beds, rooms are clean, nice lobby atmosphere and good breakfast options. Short 20mins drive to downtown area. Good value.

Issues, But…

Liked:Like others the digital key doesn’t work and their solution not our problem when can only reset and give you a key. Room not clean (see photo) upon entering my room I had an ear ring stuck in my shoe so you can tell hallway and room not vacuumed. HVAC is LOUD and not functional below 70. The doors to room stick and have something on bottom to prohibit them from closing automatically. Pillows are very soft, lighting in room poor. Leaving in morning trash from rooms lined hallways and elevator had food & candy all over floor. Access getting in/out is challenging.

I expect better from Hilton

Liked:I checked in and requested a digital key through the app. I received it but the digital key didn’t work when I approached my door on the 5th floor. It has worked at other Hilton properties, not this one. I then had to return to the first floor with my luggage to request a physical key. In the morning, the water pressure in our room went out multiple times when showering and the temperature was either scolding or ice cold. We called the front desk twice and they didn’t answer. We then messaged them in the app, still no answer. When I went to the front desk, they apologized but offered no solution and said they hadn’t heard of any problems. Well, I just told you the problems. I paid $300 for one night, which is extremely high for a Hampton Inn in this area. Despite the price, it was the worst stay I’ve had at a Hilton. I will not return to this property. I expect better from Hilton.
