Now, what I expected after viewing the photos and after staying at numerous Embassy Suites.

Outside of above, everything else met expectations

Disliked:I communicated with property prior to travel and was told in writing shuttle time and to call when arrived at airport, when I called I was told I had missed the time for shuttle yet it was within the time I was given in writing. The gentleman was rude about it, I had to pay to uber to property and when arrived I realized the man behind counter and manager was the same person who I spoke with and was happy to show him the written correspondence received and in fact he was wrong to be rude to me when I was given wrong info from his on site communication board. He of course then changed his attitude and blamed it on staff who responded and offered me a goodie bag with free water, a Hilton perk I’m already privy to. However, I feel like if I would not of had info in writing, he attitude of speaking to me like I’m incompetent would not have changed. After 12 hours of travel with 4 plane delays, and extra expense just to get to my prepaid accommodations, I was sad to embark on poor customer service. Especially being that I travel a lot and love staying at this chain of hotel.
