It was okay until it wasn’t.

Liked:The room was clean and comfortable

Disliked:We checked in and everything was okay until this morning before check out. We were woken up by staff members walking into our room without knocking nowhere close to checkout time. Then a staff member walked in AGAIN without knocking as we were getting dressed and ready to checkout. Again NOWHERE near checkout time. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication between the staff about what room was empty or not, and being constantly walked in on without knocking and waiting for a response.
