Do not stay here

Liked:Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a suite because I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, but the room had a noticeable mold issue and excessive moisture, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and air quality. In addition, the location was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. When I brought my concerns to the staff's attention, I found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the condition of the room, management was unwilling to provide a full refund, which I felt was inappropriate given the circumstances. The breakfast was also below expectations. My son, who is typically not a picky eater, refused to eat it altogether, which further reflected the poor quality of the food offered. Overall, I found both the customer service and management to be unprofessional, and the condition of the accommodations was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful Stay So Far

Liked:My family and I are currently staying at Country Inn & Suites Tampa/Brandon, and our experience has been excellent so far. The staff has been friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. The property is clean, quiet, and family friendly, which is something we truly appreciate while traveling with children. We are very pleased with our stay and look forward to enjoying the rest of our time here. Based on our experience so far, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
