A great place to stay

Liked:Location was very good with access to trams and buses very close by or within 5 minutes walk and only 15 mins or so by tram from the airport. The old town was just a few minutes walk. The reception staff were excellent - very friendly without being intrusive and very helpful about other family whose flight had been cancelled and would be 10 hours late. The room was immaculate with good facilites, excellent shower with lots of hot water, minibar (not used) and safe. Kettle for hot drink . In the lobby there were facilities to buy soft and alcoholic drinks & snacks out of hours. The breakfast was superb with an incredible choice that must have suited all tastes and was always refilled. In comparison to some hotels in other european cities that I have stayed in, I felt this hotel was very good value .

Disliked:Breakfast table clearing was over efficient and made us feel a bit rushed(however, I get that with so many people at weekend difficult to sit all even with such a large breakfast/dining area) . Would have liked coffee sachets in room as well as the tea provided and some milk/creamer would have been nice to have to go with it. My room didn't have a great view but with only 2.5 days out and about most of the time not a deal breaker. Do check with them if a view is important to you.

Liked:Nice hotel in the downtown of Tallinn. Breakfast had many varieties, and the breakfast area is nice and wide, still, was absolutely full of people when we where there - shows that many people are choosing this hotel. Old Town is super close.

Disliked:We needed to wait over 20 minutes to get a free table for the breakfast.

Lovely modern hotel

Liked:Everything was just so good. The staff were all really friendly, huge choice at breakfast and nice cocktails in the evening. It was a special occasion so we treated ourselves to a top floor room with a sauna. It was a beautiful suite. There’s a tram stop just around the corner which takes you straight to the airport (T4) and it’s just a few minutes walk into the old town so perfect location. Definitely recommend.
