Huge downgrade for service

Liked:As a Hilton gold member have had change to visit here 20+ times and service levell has downgrade year after year. For examle last visit I had to ask upgrade since staff did not offer that. Every single other Hilton do that in advance usually 3 days in advance. Tallinn has own ruled. Also Executive lounge staff was intrested to follow rules not helping to customer. If taking water off from lounge is dissaster then it is.. Didn`happent to me. Rules are rules but some eys would be good sort things out. And not happy about vege only options in lounge. If this is Hilton future choice then I might need to change other than Hilton. There might be also some than vege people as a customer

Excellent stay at the best hotel in Tallinn

Liked:This being a Diamond Hilton Member I have to say that this is an unmissable hotel in Tallin, even if you’re not Hilton Member. As you walk in you already see the property being well looked after. Check-in was exceptional with Reemus, super genuine individual. followed up the day regarding our stay and we were so lucky to find him at check out for a nice end of the trip. Probably one of the best check-in/front desk experience. Thank you indeed. If you can, upgrade to the executive rooms to have access to the executive lounge, you wont regret it. The offering is great, the view of Tallin, the service and the atmosphere is all very worth it. Breakfast is all you could want to start your day, so much to choose from and all very tasty. Georgi at the bar was also very professional with our last minute food and drinks order on our last night. The room cleanliness was spotless. So much that we didn’t need to request to service the next two days. All in all, Hilton Tallin left us with the feeling that we need to come back. Tallin is a small city but as we explored we realised there’s so much life and things going on, so def a repeat destination.

Nice stay with grandson

Liked:Have stayed many times at the Hilton Park Tallinn. Location is good, not far from the old city, the Kardioru and Kumu museums and the ferry terminal. Rooms are a good size and the walk in shower is a definite plus. Efficient housekeeping and professional staff. Clean hotel and nice atmosphere. As is usual today, the value depends on the daily price of the room. Sometimes very good value, sometimes a bit less so.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

Liked:We had an excellent time at the Hilton Tallinn Park! We came to stay with a friend, for a relaxing weekend in the spa. Right off the bat we got a room upgrade, which was a great surprise. Our room was spaceous and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was clean and warm, but we should have waited until 7pm (childfree time), because there were a lot of families and also people who filmed in the spa.

Disliked:The hotel was almost perfect! If possible, I would have added some more vegan options at breakfast and also given a soundproof door in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom door was a sliding one, that didn't even slide all the way.
