Liked:Great location, comfy rooms, very attentive staff!

Disliked:The bathroom floor is heated and I happened to stay during a hot week, so felt this was really unnecessary and wasteful, but it was fine.

Overall, I was very happy with our stay - best point value for money

Liked:The staff were very friendly and professional - the location was perfect for the Old Town and everything we wanted to do

Disliked:There was no hotel bar, and we were not encouraged to use the spa, sauna, massage so not possible to rate them

Travel with a group of senior friends

Liked:The hotel is located at a corner of the old town. It is very convenient to visit old town and yet quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Disliked:Our twin or double rooms do not have an electric kettle, so we need to get water from the reception area.
