Excellent stay although staff can appear too relaxed at times

Liked:The location and the facilities are really good. We especially enjoyed the cabanas. The food was outstanding, we recommend the pizza. The pool was fun and the rooms were very comfortable.

Disliked:They weren’t necessarily bad, but the staff were a bit slow after ordering. Also sometimes if you went up to the bar to order, they would almost ignore you for 5 minutes even though there was no one else at the bar and they didn’t seem like they were doing anything. I think they were just very relaxed so it took some getting used to.

Restaurant and pool staff were great and very helpful. Pleasant stay, nice hotel.

Liked:Breakfast was good, a variety of options and eggs available made to order.

Disliked:Some aspects of the room were dusty and the carpets were soiled in the room. Reception was quite slow and staff were sometimes slow to help at reception or let you know how long it would take until you could check in.
