Disliked:Our 3-night stay at Hilton Taghazout Bay was disappointing for a 5-star hotel, especially considering the price. We had issues with room setup, cleanliness, missing extra bed, and inconsistent service. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, and there was an unpleasant bathroom smell. Breakfast and towel service were also below expectations. While some staff were helpful and the location is beautiful, the overall experience did not meet 5-star standards. Unfortunately, the service quality did not match the price we paid.

Good Stay, But Not the Five-Star Hilton Experience We Expected ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Liked:We liked the room, which was quite and spacious with a decent size bed, and the feel on the hotel rounds was calm. It was alos nice the direct acess to the beach and quiet sunbed area with shade facing the sea. The staff was always avaialble to help.

Disliked:We stayed for one week at Hilton Taghazout and, overall, had a pleasant stay, but it fell short of what we expected from a Hilton five-star property. Breakfast was extremely crowded every morning, making it difficult to find a table, with frequent shortages of cutlery, glasses, and basic items. The room also showed signs of wear, with old bed linens that had to be replaced, and our room phone never worked despite reporting it on the first day. The food quality in the restaurants was average at best and overpriced for the standard offered, so we only ate there twice. Beach service was inconsistent, with long periods without any waiter attending the sunbed area. We were also surprised that hotel guests were asked to pay an additional 150 MAD per person to watch the Morocco vs. France World Cup match on the hotel's big screen, which was disappointing. The hotel, although only a few years old, already feels in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property remains a decent place to stay, but it does not currently deliver the experience expected from a Hilton resort in this category.

Disliked:The obnoxious staff, bedding worthy of 1-star hotel, breakfast with absolutely no variety that runs completely out of food and hour and a half before it’s even over, the insurance of the staff, especially the concierge, a certain as a dean, and the total absence of the hotel manager.
