Disliked:There was a random hair on the bed when we entered the room. And a large spider in the bathroom.

Liked:The pool was clean, and the beds fresh. I had asked for a early check in from a 16 hour drive and they got me in with only an hour wait.

Disliked:There was one staff member when I called that did not understand me and almost cancelled my whole stay. I didn't feel heard or understood.
