Quiet, very spatious and very friendly

Liked:The hotel was spotless clean and very spatious. We stayed in a two-bedroom appartment that had absolutely everything our family needed, from air-conditioned rooms to a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A la carte breakfast was excellent and very varied.

Disliked:The beach is very close by but access is not great by the road (which is not the hotel's fault). The beach (like many others in Phuket) had very strong waves and swimming was prohibited when we visited.

Excellent place, Great team, Amazing location.

Liked:Very close to the beach, like right in front. It's a small, boutique property; you dont have to go around many lifts and 5 different lobbies to get to your room, etc. It's great value for money, great staff, it's a small property, great pool, and you can walk to the beach, which is very pretty. Not a crowded beach. Around are some great resorts if you fancy a great meal at a expensive restaurant. Like the Surin is within walking distance. Its at a quieter side of Phuket which as a family we loved it.

Disliked:NO restaurant service after 4.30 pm, but its a not a deal breaker, enough restararants in 200 meters radius and Grab app delivers food

A great resort and staff are fantastic

Liked:Surin beach has seen its heyday, but is a great town to stay as it's quiet even in peek tourist season. There are quite a few good restaurants that are reasonably priced. The beach is very nice and across the road from the resort The breakfast provided from the menu was very nice and with enough choices for all of us - you can order as many dishes as you like. The plate of fresh cut tropical fruit was great, and we ordered at least 2 every morning. The bar food that we had lazing around the pool was also really nice, with a nice selection of Thai and Western snacks and dishes. Best of all was the coffee. We are from Melbourne and everyone who knows Melbourne will testify that it's a city obsessed by coffee with hundreds of places to get excellent coffee. Who would have expected Melbourne grade coffee in a Thai resort. Just order before early afternoon before the main barista goes home. The staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The resort is clean- there is always staff cleaning places you'd never expect, and the pool area is very picturesque and the pool lounge chairs and day beds comfortable. A very pleasant area to relax. The standard family 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable

Disliked:We were first allocated an apartment in the front of the resort overlooking the main road. It was noisy at night and early morning - motorbikes and trucks waking us up. We asked to move and we were shifted after 2 days as soon as another apartment freed up. The biggest disappointment, given it's a 5 star resort, is no gym. There is one at the resort (4 star) next door that you can use for 200 baht per day or 1000 baht a week, but hey, why do we need to pay for it if there isn't one at the resort itself - we're paying enough
