Nice room but kids were running around well past 11 PM

Liked:The room was fine...the issue was the kids running up and down the halls and yelling well past 11 PM. One of my colleagues in another room said that she called the front desk shortly after 10 PM but that the noise continued well past 11. I don't blame the kids...I blame the parents for lack of control, but also, your front desk for not taking hold of this issue.

Old hotel needs to be razed. Restaurant great though.

Liked:Great restaurant, old hotel. The hotel, honestly, needs to be razed. It’s outdated, drafty, and a maze of add on buildings. The potential for a world class hotel is here but they need to let go of the past and build something new. The staff is great, the restaurant food excellent. If in the area again we would only go to the restaurant.

Blah, Meh…not terrible but Blah, Meh

Liked:This place is dated. While it appears to be maintained, tiles in bathroom were cracked, Toiletries were meh, general appearance was avg and old….if friends weren’t staying here, probably wouldn’t have picked it. I travel a lot and realized hotel prices have skyrocketed but this isn’t a 200+ night hotel.

Liked:Well-maintained and very clean facility. On-site restaurant is outstanding, with happy-hour specials and great food. We had a 3-day business meeting here and the staff made us feel welcomed.
