Over priced under serviced experience

Liked:What a below average experience. For the over inflated prices for graduation they could surely offer more. For starters the room was filthy and had to be cleaned after check in. The rooms were not serviced (see pics of beds after service). After numerous complaints there was no appropriate correction or acknowledgement. It was graduation weekend and all that was on offer was a free coffee on the weekend. And yes the location is noisy. And yes the location is great!
