Terrible check in experience. Receptionist rude.

Liked:Rude staff at front desk checking us in. We had three rooms and I came up to check in. Staff member was loud and aggressive. Said I couldn’t check in with just myself. The other members of my party were standing 10 feet away but she was so focused on her stupid protocol that she didn’t even have basic courtesy.
