Would not stay or recommend this unit to anyone staying at Sapphire Beach. Besides the AC not working the toilet seat wa

Liked:The location was great . Near beach pool and marina.

Disliked:The A/C went out at 7:00 pm. Contacted the property owner and assistant by text and phone several times during the evening with no response from either until the next day . We had to sleep with the door unlocked and open to have some sort of air circulation in the unit. The Owner never contacted us until 4:00 the next day after we had checked out , and will not respond to several attempts from Booking.com to resolve this matter.

Liked:Love the view and beach access and pool.

Disliked:The bed mattress was quite soft and being someone who likes to cook and eat in the kitchen cupboards need to be cleaned out, as there are like 3 coffees makers.

Great location and convenient but dirty.

Liked:Location was great. Plenty of parking. Convenient to beaches, restaurants, etc.

Disliked:The property desperately needed a cleaning. The entire unit needed to be cleaned but the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and the rest of the bathroom wasn’t much better. The host offered to send a crew in on our second day but we did not want to deal with someone cleaning for a few hours during our stay so we cleaned up ourselves. It should have been cleaned prior to our arrival.
