Disliked:The lifts take ages, especially as we were on the 17th floor.

Overall fantastic hotel and staff

Liked:Everything was nice and clean, good food options and staff were very friendly

Disliked:Location, it was in very busy party area which was not ideal, and difficult getting taxi
