Liked:Nice hotel Pool area very good though can get crowded The music is also quite loud . friendly staff and helpful Breakfast adequate plenty choice Pool side nice but can get crowded and music loud Room was spacious and clean If at reception side we had room 504 Was very noisy at night from clubs outside and the air conditioning was noisy also Handy on last day we were allowed store the bags and still go to the pool and relax Nice touch of turndown service and chocolate at night Definitely worth a visit . One tip definitely do blue lagoon

Comfortable and well located but basic

Liked:It was well located, the room was a great size, any raised issues were quickly resolved. Rooms were cleaned well and daily.

Disliked:It didn't give the feel of a four star hotel, aesthetically the rooms were quite basic and didn't have any character to them. Carpet and furniture need updating. Its located inside a shopping centre which is convenient, but you have to go out the hotel to get to the lift to take you to some of the hotel rooms. There were no slippers or dressing gowns. The breakfast was not great, eggs were undercooked, it was the same everyday really, lacked quality and variety. Juices weren't fresh.

Loved it, no complaints

Liked:The property was very clean, breakfast was great, and the pool and bar were a great addition also. It was also handy being 5mins from the beach and all of the shops

Disliked:Bedroom bed space was a little small, but the hallway, balcony’s, and cupboard storage made up for it.
