Liked:Comfortable bed, and clean room.

Disliked:Bar only sold beer and wine. No coffee available for guests, and not much for purchase at the pantry. No good restaurants near by.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Liked:I had a very disappointing experience with voco St. Augustine Historic Area. I booked a reservation and realized within 18 minutes that the rate was not what I intended to reserve. When I called the front desk to request a cancellation, the staff member refused to provide their name, told me there were no supervisors or managers on duty, and then hung up on me. As a Platinum member of IHG One Rewards, this level of customer service was especially disappointing. I tried calling back multiple times, but there is no voicemail, and the front desk would not answer the phone. I understand that booking issues can happen, but the lack of professionalism and accountability was extremely frustrating. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend this hotel.
