Very Customer Service Oriented Staff

Liked:This place was a very nice Victorian bed and breakfast. What made the stay special was the personnel… all very friendly, personable; especially Carrie and Alyssa. The staff was helpful and made good recommendations to us (as this was our first trip to St Augustine). The place was across the bay with killer views; very walkable to tourist areas. The happy hour was full of delicious hor d’oeuvres, along with wine/beer. Breakfasts were amazing from 8-10 (prepared by chef Adam). Bedding was very comfortable… we stayed in room 101… liked everything but the sink in the bedroom and makeup lighting. Furnishings were high end antiques. Woke up every morning to the smell of bacon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

Superb Small Hotel in St Augustine

Liked:Superb Hotel in St Augustine! We had only a short time to visit St Augustine so wanted to stay in the historic area. Bayfront Westcott was the ideal choice. It is close to everything - we walked. They have a very good breakfast service and a nice happy hour with some light bites. The room was very clean, bedding excellent and good temperature control. They also have nice out door sitting areas. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also provide free parking in a dedicated lot a short walk from the hotel. The description on the website can be a bit confusing but they have reserved spaces in a small lot that is easy to access. If we get back that way, we will definitely stay there again!

Celebrating a Wedding Weekend @ Bayfront Westcott

Liked:The weekend spent at Bayfront Westcott is one we will always remember! The hospitality, views and memories were absolutely incredible & unforgettable! Our room (Alison 301) was so cozy & cute 🌻 and perfectly situated where we could walk around to restaurants, bars and wedding venue down the street! Breakfast was served each morning (Thank you, Chef Alan!) and absolutely delicious! 😋 We truly had the best time and look forward to booking another stay!
