Terrible Staff no help whatsoever

Disliked:Their computer was down so they could not confirm my registration, They were totally not helpful for anything I ended up having to find another hotel after waiting around for 4 hours, I'll never stay at another Hilton ever!!!. Our local Hilton were way more helpful, as we called them for some info
