A nice facility that was easy to find and access.

Liked:Room was large but lighting could be better. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Staff were friendly. Facility was easily accessible and was near the WPBL ballpark which was the reason we visited Springfield. Parking was adequate and I felt safe while there.

Disliked:The lighting in the room could be better, especially over the main room/bedroom.

I would recommend this property to my friends

Liked:Really convenient location, pool, fitness center and clean rooms. I really like the pillows and the fridge kept things cold. I enjoyed the large TV and the A/C worked great. The front desk Staff were pleasant. The cleaning staff were awesome and very helpful with directions. They really worked extremely hard during Fair week and they should get premium pay for that week in my opinion. We will definitely stay again when in town.

Disliked:We happened to be in a handicapped accessible room and I did not like the shower head. Also there appeared to be a prior water leak with part of the ceiling paint coming off in the corner of the room. They did have a dehumidifier running though and our stay was during the State Fair so they were fully booked. I would rather have the small inconvenience than not have a place to stay. I appreciate the effort and it was a small inconvenience. I’m sure you will get it taken care of.
