Liked:Love this hotel! Recently remodeled, great staff, great location and great amenities. Our bed was comfy, the AC was perfect, water pressure excellent and clean, clean, clean!!!! Breakfast was great too. Lots of variety and refilled often. Our go to stop when in Springfield. It’s #1 for a reason!

Great stay! Happy vibe!

Liked:This is a great Hampton! Very clean, room was well stocked with plenty of towels, cups, coffee etc, - many Hampton aren’t. The breakfast was managed extremely well and with happy attendants. In fact everyone seems happy here, which is a sign of good management. Great to have gracious staff who really seem glad you’re there. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend and will return!

Typical Hampton Inn high quality

Liked:There was a considerable amount of unnecessary confusion and delay over the reservation at check-in - ALL of which was the fault of the motel. However, once they figured out their mistakes, they handled it in a courteous and professional manner. The entire facility and the room was typical Hampton quality making for a very enjoyable stay.
