Aweful, must read!

Liked:WARNING!!! My room was roach infested and visibly dirty. The hallway smelled like marijuana, the mattress was worn with a big dip in the middle, the fitness center was out of order, the ice machine was broken, there was no breakfast as advertised. When I cancelled my second night, the manager stated that they were unable to refund me for the second night because it was "prepaid". I found a neighboring hotel to stay in that was adequate, clean, and comfortable. The health department should close this place down in my opinion.

Stay Somewhere Else

Liked:The front desk staff were nice, that is about it. Firstly I don't like how the concession area was "cash only". Most hotels charge items to your room. They do this so you have to pay their ATM fee. Secondly, the room was pretty terrible. The floor was grimy, there was mold in the bath tub, there were no stops in the sink or bath tub, their were exposed wires in the ceiling, cigarettes' burns on the linens, the lights did not work, the AC was in dis-repair and barely worked, and it smelled bad. If I go back up there, I will happily stay further away from the event venue.

Do not stay here

Liked:the staff was friendly but the facility is filthy. It appears that many of the rooms are rented on a long term basis. I had to ask for everything that normally is in a hotel room. I did not feel that comfortable with their sanitation efforts and in the age of Covid 19 it was a scary place.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Liked:Do not stay at this hotel. It smells like straight pot as soon as you walk into the door. The people at reception are high as a kite. There was no toilet paper in the room & they made it feel like an inconvenience to give me any. Rooms are still being cleaned at 8pm at night. On the third floor, they are moving what sounds like furniture at 3am in the morning and stomping around when people have work at 6am. And on top of that this HUGE spider was in my room right before I was heading to bed. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT STAY HERE!
