Wonderful Stay !

Liked:I had such a great stay at this hotel and everyone that comes to this city should stay here. What made my experience wonderful was the outstanding service by Mel ! She was one of the best front desk agents I've come across & is excellent at her job. Miriah, Benard and Tara were both amazingly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Exceptional Service & A Wonderful Stay!

Liked:I had an absolutely amazing experience here, and it is all thanks to the incredible staff! A massive, special shout-out goes to Mel, who completely stole the show. From the moment I arrived, she took amazing care of us. She made our check-in completely seamless, but what really blew me away was how she went above and beyond to personally handle getting a playpen for my little one. On top of that, she made sure we knew exactly where we were going by getting some easy-to-follow directions from the other staff members. Mel’s warmth, attentiveness, and care made a world of difference for my family! I also want to give a huge thanks to Miriah, Benard, and Tara. They handled our booking process flawlessly, making everything smooth, easy, and stress-free before we even arrived. The entire team here is top-notch, but Mel truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!
