Disliked:Not every room has a microwave. It IS an essential that some family need. Our room had smell of mold. The ac hardly cooled off our room. We ended up purchasing a couple fans.

Great location--just wish we had a microwave.

Liked:We liked the location--access to the beach and having a pool on property were two of our biggest concerns. We loved being so close and having beach chairs and umbrellas available, as well as friendly staff to help. The pool area was nice and gated, and was clean. The beds were soft and the TV was huge.

Disliked:The room was spacious and had great amenities, but the lack of a microwave was disappointing especially since instead of a microwave we had a wine fridge in additional to a regular fridge--we didn't need all that fridge space at the cost of more varied amenities. It made warming up items difficult. Check in was a little cumbersome since the check in area of our hotel was closed, so we had to go to the sister property to complete check in instead. It wasn't terribly far, but it just added some extra steps with children who needed to use the restroom after a long drive. There is also an additional charge of $25.00 a night for parking, which we did know about but felt after having had already paid for a place to stay should have been included.

Clean, beautiful beach, tiny rooms

Liked:Good location, right on the beach, clean, quiet, chill vibes.

Disliked:The room was small, it's set up like a motel from the outside, each room has an entrance on the outside in a long line of rooms. That in itself wasn't bad but it means most of the room have a view of the parking lot, with a partial ocean view to one side. We were on the 2nd floor in The Deck building, there also was no balcony in the room, there was the main hallway that runs in front of the rooms and that's it. We lost partial power on the 2nd night of our stay, lights, t.v and, mini fridge. We called the front desk, they said they would send someone, several hours later, we called a second time and it was finally restored about half an hour later.
