great location, great value

Liked:we liked everything about it: location, facilities, it was a little expensive for what I had expected, but not compared to similar hotels around it. The only little mark i give them is that they indicated "breakfast" in their booking.com profile and it was a good 30 bucks a person, so just make sure you check the promises -- i feel that booking doesn't do a good job at quality assuring the properties listing on their site.

Strange charges on bill added after we checked out!

Liked:Very convenient location. 15 minutes on surface streets to downtown SF or airport car rental return. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Here is the crazy thing, and, why we will never stay here again. We paid all tips in cash. The day after we checked out, our bill was adjusted and the exact amounts we left in cash appeared on our AMEX. Also, we get the bottled water in our room with our Diamond level membership, but, here as well, the charge appeared the following day. In total, we got ripped off for 26.50 for these reasons. Be warned, these folks are scammers! Stay away!
