Good location, parking and modern

Liked:Great location with nice spacious rooms. Lots of parking on site, and lots of scooters nearby to allow you to easily access the town. Rooms were modern, with fridge, large TV and comfortable bed

Disliked:Could do with a revamp, for example our bathroom door kept sticking and pieces of wood coming off at the bottom.

it was nice but for the price i paid, im not sure i would book again.

Liked:the location was the best thing for me. its in the center and had easy access to almost everything.

Disliked:the pool didn't work to well. the hot tub didn't have bubbles. and it had a lot of garbage from the trees in it. a shade would be nice to keen it cleaner. the rooms weren't as extravagant as i expected them to be. they were kind of small. i also didn't care of the design of the property. it wasn't my favorite part to have to walk like 5 mins from another area to get to the main lobby. also for the amount of rooms the hotel has, the lobby, pool and hot tub were kind of small. you have like 4 different towers of rooms but only 2 small fire pits and like 10 chairs? it made things unfair to people like me who had to stay in the other side of the hotel. i went with a party and half of them stayed in the main building and me and the other half stayed on the other side so we weren't as united as we wanted to be.

My new go-to property in Tahoe - highly recommend!

Liked:The beds are sooo comfy, the staff especially Kayla were warm and welcoming, and the common spaces were conducive to meeting cool people from around the world!

Disliked:Only thing that could be improved is lighting in the room, it'd be great to have another curtain option to allow natural light in while maintaining privacy vs just the one fully dark curtain.

I was comfortable with the help of manager Alex.

Liked:I stayed for 4 days and the location was really good, and the staff was so cooperative that it was a comfortable trip.

Disliked:It was annoying to hear the sound from upstairs or the next room.
