Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
A credit card is required to hold the room reservation and to guarantee arrival. The name on the credit card used for guaranteeing the reservation must match the name of the guest staying in the room at time of check-in. The cancellation fee is subject to tax. All Resort Fees are paid ON PROPERTY and is not part of any Pre-Payment deposit. The cancellation clauses affiliated with group attendee bookings may be different and the group cancellation cause will prevail over the reservation under a group code.
