Lovely historic home and excellent value near downtown South Bend.

Liked:Gorgeous classic home near downtown South Bend. Historic neighborhood. Updated property, full use of first floor including well-equipped kitchen and sweet back deck sitting area for morning coffee. Bedrooms medium sized but comfortable and worked well. Private bathroom in room, shared shower off the hallway. Nice other guests sharing the space. Excellent value overall, will plan to stay here again when we return to SB.

Disliked:Would be great if bedroom windows had screens to allow open windows for fresh air.

Inexpensive Gem in the Heart of Downtown South Bend

Liked:It was conveniently located near the Studebaker museum and a bus that goes to Notre Dame. You can also easily walk downtown from this location. I loved the interior decoration and the hosts were very accommodating.

Disliked:I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.
