Never again at Hyatt with my family if 6.

Liked:Parking was easy.

Disliked:Staff could care less that we were there. Exhaust vent in the bathroom didn’t work which was causing mold and wallpaper to fall off around shower. A/C was crazy loud and barely cool. Mattress on the bed closest to the window was caved in in the middle. The amount of dirt and cobwebs under the beds and pullout was clearly more than just a day or two old. Silverware at breakfast was dirty and the garbage paper straws dissolved in my $12 drink.

Liked:The hotel was very clean from the moment you walk in, theres lounging areas all around the lobby, snacks and a bar. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious. Also appreciated that we could link our phones to the tv and stream our favorite shows after a long day.

Disliked:Nothing we didnt like but not sure how often they refill the breakfast hot food, we tried getting breakfast once and the hot food area was empty with still about an hour before breakfast ended Other than that theres a lot of bread and cereal options, some fruit and yogurt.
