Lovely gem of a hotel in the perfect spot!

Liked:Staff was fabulous and so accommodating. Excellent location. Super comfortable beds with a pillow FINALLY like mine at home! Loved that. :) Rooms and facility absolutely lovely.

Disliked:Allow guests to use the 4th floor dining area for their own meals or gatherings (happy hour) since there isn't a lobby. We were able to use it and cleaned up after ourselves, but I understand this isn't the custom and it should be since it's nice to have a place to go have a drink or snacks with others staying in the property.

Liked:This was our favorite spot that we stayed on our recent trip across Italy! The room was pristine and exactly matched the pictures. The hotel location was also superb right by the Main Street of Sorrento. Easy access to the train station and harbor. Everyone on the staff was amazingly kind and helpful- even helping to arrange a welcome fruit platter and champagne bottle for our arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. We would definitely stay again if back in the Sorrento area!

Liked:On arrival we were greeted by friendly and happy staff. The location is fantastic being in the heart of Sorrento just a short walk from Piazza Tasso. The daily breakfast was fresh with a good selection of items to choose from and very well prepared and the rooftop dining area had very nice views. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an interesting style !
