Liked:Location was great! The lounge area was very comfortable. Service was very good at the front desk and at the bar. We tried the spa and it was very nice and quiet as they do bookings with time slots.

Disliked:The area for breakfast could be nicer

Luxury chalet style accommodation in a friendly independently run hotel in the heart of Soldeu.

Liked:Exceptionally cosy, comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of Soldeu, within walking distance of the Gondola and near the bus/coach drop off point. The staff here are incredibly friendly, they were incredibly helpful and understanding when me and my son were unwell. The breakfast and food in the restaurant are both delicious.

Disliked:The hotel fronts the main road through Soldeu, which is incredibly convenient, but if you wanted somewhere quieter there is some noise from the road. The spa is small but very nice and clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we visited, however, the hotel did offer us a complementary session though when it was back up and running.
