Beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Liked:Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Rawia was very attentive and responsive to my needs and was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed a much needed massage at the spa. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Tunis.

Liked:the staff is really friendly , helpful, always available. they managed to change my room at request. and help out with recommendations etc. the location is excellent,

Disliked:at the beginning i was in a room by the pool which lacked any privacy and also silence should someone like to rest midday. but thats a personal preference
