Incredible hotel and staff

Liked:Staff were excellent. Reception team couldn’t have been better there were four team members there between the 10th July till the 12th July, they were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is in an unrivalled location and the facilities are incredible. Roof top bar and pool next to the cathedral. We travelled for my partners birthday, we were sent chocolate covered strawberry’s and a cute note wishing her happy birthday. Lovely touch.

Beautiful views , great location , nice restaurant , walkable to alcazar and cathedral

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Amazing service, perfect location

Liked:Perfectly located across from the Cathedral. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Airconditioning was a big plus in the middle of a hot summer.
