Main value is the swimming pool

Liked:- Amazing outdoor swimming pool. - The tramway is located 5min away from the hotel with direct access to the city center. - There are shutters so complete darkness to sleep. - The bathroom products were nice from the brand Rituals, with body cream and conditioner. - It was quiet at night. - There is a mall with the main brands and a Corte Ingles a few minutes away. - If you need to work you can do so in the lobby, even late. There is wifi, lots of tables and also electric sockets. - If you travel with a baby and need to warm up water for its bottle, there is a kettle. The baby mattress also looked comfortable. The bed in our room was huge and we could easily sleep with the baby on it.

Disliked:- The checkin was very long and we had a tired baby with us. This was inconvenient as it really lasted about 30min. - The breakfast is okay but too expansive for what it is. Quite basic, medium quality. For such a hotel, you would for instance expect fresh natural orange juice and not one from a bottle. The options are quite limited and not very tasty. - The overall decoration is not the prettiest but that's just a personal opinion. - The area in the evening is not very dynamic, so do consider that if you mean to come and go to the city center. You will have to take the tramway or the metro which is not far. You can easily buy tickets at the tramway station or even just tap your credit card inside the tramway.

Liked:I was given a warm welcome by genial, professional David. I had a nice room, big. The bed was comfortable and I had several pillows to choose from. I had control of the ac/heat. Breakfast was amazing—eggs made to order, great variety of everything else you can think of. The pool was big, the area to sit out on lounges also big—no worries about buildings eclipsing the sun. It’s close to Santa Justa AVE station, about 25 minutes from the main bus station. The gym was better than average for a hotel.

Disliked:The first night, I had an (uncommon) allergic reaction to the sheets. Problem solved when I wore a long-sleeve tshirt. I was a little bummed that I couldn’t get tickets for the main attractions (although I’ve been many times before). Book in advance. Even so, I didn’t mind sunning, reading and relaxing by the pool during an otherwise frenetically paced trip.
