Definitely upgrade to the level

Liked:Loved the level lounge and all the drinks and snacks throughout the day, the staff in here are fantastic and helped recover my husband’s lost phone.

Disliked:The rude pool staff literally shouting at me in Spanish asking where I was going when I left the pool to cool down in the lounge. It upset me and my husband complained there excuse was they thought I was alone. Other people had left there towels for hours, I didn’t appreciate being shouted at on my holiday.

Pleasant stay.

Liked:It had a swimming pool, lift calling system was amazingly efficient, good stream of taxis outside.

Disliked:Mattress on bed was rock hard so poor sleep. Had a constant stream of ants coming from the bathroom
